Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was the child of her Russian mother and Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. A choreographed performance at age 11 which aired on German TV, changed her into the Russian dancer, who became a snow maiden. Her high school graduation was at the age of 11 in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. Then in NYC, she was studying acting in the HB studio. Later on she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up numerous projects. She was raised within Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and a Russian-speaking mother Olga. Her parents separated at the age of 13 young and relocated into East Meadow New York with her father.She is a part of Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was the most well-known character. She is known for her frequent appearances in The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
